We all know that moment; when you look up at the person across from you at the table, mid-bite, and your eyes lock in a silent, mutual revelation - "Wow". Or when you sink your nose into a glass of wine and the aromas transport you to sunlit vineyards and humid wine cellars. And then there are the fleeting interludes during a meal, when you pause to absorb the ambiance; the soft murmur of conversation, the clinking of silverware, the smells pulsating from a bustling kitchen. These are the moments that etch themselves into your memory, long after the last bite is savoured.

Ella, with a decade-long career in the restaurant and hospitality world, discovered her passion lay in crafting and curating unforgettable experiences and building these moments for her guests. "Off The Rack" is a new supper club experience in London that aims to pair guest chefs with exceptional spaces.
